You'll want to join the Assessments DG to get Gradebook news. That's 
where discussions and announcements happen.

And yes, there's a Confluence site as well, although it's in a bit of 
disarray at present thanks to all the transitioning in the project team:

Among those transitions, Owen McGrath has taken over as project 
manager. He's on vacation this week which is why I'm the one writing this.  :)
