Has anyone seen these errors?

Hi all,

We are having some problem running the latest Sakai code (from 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/trunk )  with autoddl=true on a 
clean db (both oracle and mysql)

We kept getting these error msgs:

1. running sakai2.2 with  mysql  :

WARN: Sql.dbRead: sql: select XML from SAKAI_DIGEST (2006-04-27 
11:27:28,245 org.sakaiproject.email.impl.DbDigestService$$E\
nhancerByCGLIB$$8947db4a_org.sakaiproject.db.impl.BasicSqlService)
java.sql.SQLException : Table 'sakai2_2_daisyf.SAKAI_DIGEST' doesn't exist

restarted tomcat 4 times already, only 4 Sakai tables were 
created:SAKAI_ALIAS, SAKAI_EVENT, SAKAI_SESSION & SAKAI_PRESENCE.

2. running sakai2.2 with oracle :

a total of 68 tables were created and only two sakai tables: 
SAKAI_PRESENCE, SAKAI_EVENT

Anyone else has seen this problem, or have problem with autoddl at 
all?  We'd appreciate any help.
