Hi Avinash,

You will not need to manually create the sakai tables (only the sakai database). I would recommend to follow the Install Guide which is very good and self explanatory (see link below). You will find everything you need to install/setup sakai.
You can setup a demo installation (quicker) or you can opt to build from source. Anyway, all this information is in the guide ;)
