Re: Roles in 2.1.2 vs our custom roles

This is something to be careful of, yes.  We had a problem with this and I
think Rutgers got bitten as well.  Make sure you read the comments in the
2.0.1 to 2.1.0 conversion script concerning roles, and you may want to
modify the script.

We had created custom roles for 2.0.1 that were called 'instructor,' 'ta',
and 'student', and the new roles, differing by only a capital letter, had
the net effect of locking some instructors and students out of previous
courses.
