Account tool configuration

Hi,

The current configuration of Sakai at the Fachhochschule Luebeck  
enables the users to modify their personal details (name, email, 
password) using the Account tool in My Workspace. We'd like to restrict 
the permission to just change the password. Could someone tell me the 
easiest way to revise the Account tool? We have many users in our 
database already and a batch job via web services, for example, would be 
perfect.
