Brian, Thanks for sending this to the list. Ummm...Is this a "serious" RFP/RFI? I see the word updated, apparent issue date of 8/17/2006, and submittal dates of 8/28/2006. That's a major effort for even a "full time vendor" to try and comply with let alone surmount the unspoken open source barriers in this RFP/RFI. As nmap says, "A worthy challenge." Having created an RFP last year and gone through the selection process November 2005, I think this is more interesting from a "Will phpWebSite work for me?" type of question.
