try 2. This time text-only.
Or why else am I "held back for moderation" all the time? :-/

Hi guys!
I'd like to implement a CSS-based popup menu. For that to work, I'd like to
add something to the {STYLE} template field every better theme seems to
have. But how would I do that? Is there an API for that?
Would it also be possible to add a reference to a file from a modules
directory?
Theme-based doesn't work, not the way I'd want it to. Or would you want to
tell people that download a certain module to include a certain style-sheet
file in every theme they are going to use it with? that would pervert the
way modules work.
I'd like to include a reference to shoal.css ( see
http://www.htmldog.com/articles/suckerfish/shoal/ ) and include
inline-definitions for a popup menu (
http://www.htmldog.com/articles/suckerfish/dropdowns/ ) or maybe a second
file-reference where I want to use shoal instead of the code used there. The
result will look something like
http://www.kiesler.at/static/playground/popup/, with a certain amount of
fine-tuning of course.
please, please don't point me to a wiki-page or api-doc without related info
again. and please don't tell me that my approach is all-wrong either. thanks
a bunch!
René C. Kiesler.
