New ZOGI Bundle (r438)

I've issued another  new 'release' of ZOGI.  Binary bundles are uploaded
for openSUSE 10.2 & SOPE 4.7, openSUSE 10.1 & SOPE 4.6, and SuSE 9.3 &
SOPE 4.6.  All built against fairly recent OGo trunks.

otherwise a "make;./install.sh" in the Source directory should build and
install the bundle.  It should build and work for pretty much any
OGo/SOPE release.

As of r438:
 - An extra read-only attribute "FLAGS" has been added to the
contact and enterprise entities.  This simply allows the client to be
smarter about how to handle the object;  mostly to save them from having
to compute the operations the user can perform.  Flags are: "READONLY",
"WRITE", and "SELF".
 - The ACCESS key is now available with a detail level of 32768.  This
key provides an array of the ACL objects applied to an object.  It is
currently available for contacts and enterprises; ACL changes submitted
with an object via putObject are stored.
 - Company assignments in contacts and enterprises are stored.
 - Deletion of contacts and enterprises work.  Deletion cleans up any
company assignments [Which appears to not happen by default when the
"delete" logic command is used?].
