The appropriate URL is:
http://your-apache-host/RPC2

If you use Skyrix, not OGo, setup might be different. Which Skyrix version do you use?

To find out what port xmlrpcd is running on you might try something like

lsof -i | grep ogo-xmlrpcd

This port must be consistent with the port configured in Apache.
