Have you tried setting the owner elements of the appointment document when you call create? In the appointment document - 'owner': {'id': 'skyrix://kohocton.morrison.iserv.net/morrisonOGo/10100', 'login': 'adam'}, I don't know if this works, but it is worth a shot.
