Connection to xmlrpc over network

Hi,

my xmlrpc says

xmlrpc_call http://192.168.12.44:22000/RPC2
Uncatched Objective-C exception:
exceptionClass <class NGSocketShutdownDuringWriteException>
Reason: the socket was shutdown
UserInfo: {
 errno = 107;
 error = "Transport endpoint is not connected";
 stream = <Value with object <NGActiveSocket[0x08107A0C]: mode=rw 
address=<0x081076EC[NGInternetSocketAddress]: host=..... port=1508>>>;
}

If i try

xmlrpc_call http://localhost:22000/RPC2

there is no problem. Where can i allow connections to xmlrpc other then 
localhost?
