Unfortunately with XML-RPC being a non-REST protocol you don't see much 
valuable info in the logs.

You are starting the xmlrpcd as root and probably configured GMT in the 
~ogo users defaults.

Its an issue, especially if you have different settings between the 
daemons. But it doesn't matter for your current problem.

The URL should be OK. Its an XML-RPC internal URL which you can ignore.

Since there are no errors ... You can trace the XML-RPC packets by 
enabling -WOHttpAdaptor_LogStream YES.
