When JOGI  throws an OgoException, this means the Ogo Server reported an 
error (ie. the
OgoException just reports the error from the Ogo Server).  The Exception 
message is
just the error message that JOGI gets back from Ogo. If you want more 
details, you
could look at the log output of the XmlRpc adapter  on the server;
