[ogojogi:setPassword] Invalid new password supplied

Hi List,

i'm trying to write a small Java-App to push new Users into a new OGo-DB
using ogojogi-0_0_4EA.jar.
Unfortunately i'm kind of stuck. 

hot_iron = accMan.insert ("bla");

works fine but

hot_iron.setPassword ("alb");

fails with

org.opengroupware.jogi.ogo.OgoException: 1: Invalid new password
supplied

I've googled and searched the archives but remain clueless.

Any ideas?
