The Team document doesn't seem to provide an "id" field like other
documents? Just seems odd. All the others are so consistent. The
companyId seems to be the unique component (corresponding to the Db
schema).

The "isTeam" attribute - will it ever be other than 1? I assume 0 would
mean "this team is not a team".
