I don't think that this will work, because:


"objects" should be an array of strings containing the object-pkeys
The xmlrpc_call tool currently can only call methods with string parameters.
Anyway, I extended access.operationAllowedOnObjectsForAccess in CVS HEAD to handle string parameters. The array of IDs can be specified by using ",", eg: 
  10000,10001,10002
