Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. XMLRPC::Lite debug tells me I'm using <base64>

Well... seems to me that saveDocument() is also not working. Maybe I'm wrong.
But I added bug #689.

Both methods have some kind of limitation, in the first case, infact you can not
set automatically attributes for the file you are uploading - would be really
nice to have a full xmlrpc implementation to do all job related to
document-handling also. The second one should be a nice workaround, but I was
_not_ able to make it work.
