Obviously that file isn't created. Is the example a working one, or xmlrpcd is
broken for this method?

I guess it only works well with database projects in the moment, not with filesystem ones.
Nevertheless it can be considered a bug either that xmlrpcd doesn't properly catch that exception or that SkyFSFileManager doesn't implement this method.
