Odd 401 Error: msg#00004cms.opengroupware.xmlrpc.devel
I've unconvered an odd XML-RPC authentication issue. If I run - $ /opt/skyrix/system/Tools/ix86/linux-gnu/gnu-fd-nil/xmlrpc_call http://kohocton/RPC2 system.getHostName login: adam password: Jan 27 20:55:19 xmlrpc_call [6973]: <0x080DC174[HandleCredentialsClient]> got nil value from XML-RPC ... kohocton.morrison.iserv.net - the answer "kohocton.morrison.iserv.net" is correct, but what is the other message? In ogo.log I see - 192.168.1.20 - - [28/Jan/2004:02:53:48 GMT] "POST /RPC2 HTTP/1.0" 401 0 0.003 - - 0 Jan 28 02:53:52 xmlrpcd [22807]: <>DirectAction>>D decoded XMLRPC call: <0x08309CAC[XmlRpcMethodCall]: method=system.getHostName #paras=0> 192.168.1.20 - - [28/Jan/2004:02:53:52 GMT] "POST /RPC2 HTTP/1.0" 200 145 0.018 - - 0 - why the 401 error before the successful 200 event? I'm trying to write an C# assembly for accessing OGo, but these 'odd' responses are driving me nuts. -- OpenGroupware.org XML-RPC xmlrpc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://mail.opengroupware.org/mailman/listinfo/xmlrpc
