Right; and gtk# on Windows seems to work pretty well (and we already
use other GTK apps on Windows, so GTK is already installed). I'd use
WinForms but that API on non-Windows still seems really shaky.

If I stick to C# I can pretty much bundle the thing up to just a few
files, making it easy to deploy/distribute.

And somebody else might find a C# assembly useful and make a better app
than I ever could; of course the same applies to JOGI.

I'm more interested in using JOGI from PHP, so if someone has tried
that...
