[account.update] contact problem

Hello,

I am currently facing a small problem. I tried to add an contact with the
xmlrpc api, but the changes don't get applied. If I use the Web
application and manually set the account and retrieve the document it
shows exactly the same result as I sent over the xmlrpc account (I did
this to verify that the sent data from my client is correct). But my
client does not update the relevant data.
