[OGo-XML-RPC] Re: [OGo-Users] Idea / supporting o: msg#00011cms.opengroupware.xmlrpc.devel

Discussion will be taking place (initially) on the xwt-users mailing list. Theoretically the existing XML-RPC daemon can be the *complete* xwt backend, though additionally functionality will be added there as needed. I look forward to it ! Please subscribe the xmlrpc@ list to get help on that topic. Actually I would like to get working a new, better XML-RPC API than what we have today with the XML-RPC daemon. The daemons contained in SandStorm already have a much improved API, but I would still prefer something based on ZideStore which is more and more becoming a general infrastructure daemon, already speaking WebDAV, WCAP and iCalendar. Also ZideStore supports "pluggable" protocols and operations, unlike the current XML-RPC daemon which is monolithic. So maybe you should just tell us what operations you need, and we'll see how we add that to ZideStore ? regards, Helge -- OpenGroupware.org - http://www.opengroupware.org/
