Re: change in SQLDirectory: csv instead of sql

Very cool, thanks.
This will allow us to stop bothering with the different dialects  
scripts.
As a bonus, CSV is quite easier to maintain in your favorite  
spreadsheet than a SQL script.

(For interested developers, note that we use the Hibernate Dialect  
class to deal with the SQL generation, and Hibernate knows about a  
lot of databases.)
