Log:
this patch removes the "reformat" button from the oneform editor
temporarily.  andreas has made a fix available at
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42237,
but it was decided to postpone it until 1.4.1 because it touches the
core API.
