I don't think 4.1.27 is supported by DA 5.2 You may want to h ave a look at the "Release Notes" for the DA version you are trying to use. They clearly mention the supported software in it. Next Message by Date: click to view message previewRe: prob of Documentum administratorHi Sandeep You need to use specified versions of software mentioned in release notes, and one more thing you can have different versions of tomcat in one system that is not a problem, only thing is you need to have different port numbers for those tomcat's, and problem might not be with windows server 2000. This includes content and database - all multi tier. Obviously the docbase id etc. is the same (same server.ini). If all mount points are the same plus dmcl.ini, tnsnames.ora, server.ini etc. are all pointing to the correct hosts names, db connection info etc. is there any other stuff that needs to be done to make the config work? At least if I could start making a list it would help. This is a unix/oracle env. and I am aware there are proper migration procedures but I just got landed with this and and trying to ascertain the volume work in getting the new environment working.
