restarting the server services

Hi All,

 

I have a question about restarting the services. I installed the server using one id which has admin rights but later removed admin rights to that id. I don't have admin rights on my local machine so how can i restart the server services.

 

is it possible to restart the server using other id which dosn't have admin rights?

 

can any one guide on this.
