The detailed requirement is-

5+ yrs of experience in a software development related role.
strong DOCUMENTUM EXP.(min 1.5-2 yrs)
Good project experiene in Web Content Management including WebTop and 
Web Publisher.
J2EE-Java,JSP/Servlets,Tomcat/Weblogic/Websphere-
installation,deployment and tuning XML,XSL
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Exp. Level:
3-5+ yrs,1.5-2 yrs in documentum must.
