Records Manager, CIS

Hi,

we are facing many issues while installing the Records manager
components. Errors related to ODBC are thrown. Looking for some help.
If there are any experts in Records Management please mail me back i
shall share with you the problems that were faced.

Also we have installed conentent intelligence service where the setup
is complete but the classification of documents doesnt happen. all
documents go into the "default" folder only. need some help on this too.
