Subject: Netegrity

Content Server: HP-UNIX (PA-RISC)
Ver: 5.3

I want to authenticate users using Netegrity. I already have a web-
agent running.

I have successfully installed Documentum Netegrity Authentication
Plugin called 'dm_netegrity'. I get the following information message

Entry from Log:
Wed Aug 15 08:35:05 2005 661178 [DM_SESSION_I_AUTH_PLUGIN_LOADED]
info:"Loaded
Authentication Plugin with code 'dm_netegrity'
(/XYZ/apps/documentum/EMC/dba/auth/dm_netegrity_auth.sl)."

As per documentation -
1. I have modified my WEBTOP/Custom- app.xml file.

Custom/app/xml:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?>
<config>
<scope>
<application extends="webtop/app.xml">
<authentication>
<domain></domain>
<docbase>XYZemcxd50</docbase>
<service_class>com.documentum.web.formext.session.AuthenticationServ
ice</service_class>
<sso_config>
<user_header>sm-user</user_header>
<ecs_plug_in>dm_netegrity</ecs_plug_in>
<ticket_cookie>SMSESSION</ticket_cookie>
</sso_config>
</authentication>
</application>
</scope>
</config>

2. Made a user "mike1"

r_object_id:110167a880000901
user_name: mike1
user_os_name:mike1
user_address:mike1
default_folder:/mike1
user_source:dm_netegrity
user_ldap_dn:

We are using Win 2K...In order to log in to the network I use
Userid/password and domain (NA- North America).

Do I need to put "na" in the "User Login Domain" attribute of dm_user
Do I need to put "na" in the <domain></domain> tag in app.xml ....

When I put UID/PASS in webtop I get "We're sorry, authentication
failed"...

Any suggestion?

Thanks,
-P
