My understanding is that the questions were lifted out of 2 three-day
courses that Allaire offers: Fast Track to ColdFusion and Advanced
ColdFusion Development. The idea being that completion of these classes
would provide basic preparation and, as Sean said, the coursebooks should
serve as reasonably comprehensive study guides.
