+ Originally I was going to mark this bug as "invalid" because the output format
+ is correct; text-mode Citadel tradition is to write the name of a room in the
+ form of a room prompt.  However, since Citadel is now used in many different
+ applications, some of which do not involve the use of the original text-mode
+ client at all, I have changed the format of these messages.  The messages now
+ look like complete sentences instead of quickie log records, and the room 
names
+ are now "In Double Quotes".  I know that punctuation is supposed to be inside
+ quotes, but I'd rather make the output computationally lucid than 
grammatically
