Actually, you can use the SVNParentPath directive to cover all repos at 
once, as described here:

Yeah, if you want to be *really* hip and trendy, install Trac. I've 
heard they don't support multi-project repos well, although Object 
Realms (www.objectrealms.net) has a patch that I can't find right now.

Trac has always been overkill for my purposes, but you might consider it.
