Thanks you again for your patient response.

Yes. I think some installation/configuration/getting started documentation
is urgently needed for OBL. Most people today are not very patient or
persistent and would move on to another product if it doesn't install and
run straight away. Fortunately, I am not most people. And if I can get OBL
running and I like it, I will offer my services to write such documentation
