Hi,

This error is normal and comes from the fact the portal has no 
configured profile by default.
To configure the anonymous profile, you just have to type the following :
http://yourserver:9999/crud-engine/cud/regenerate?type=all

This will regenerate your portal layout and the forms definition files 
needed by the portal.
You then should be able to start the application with :
http://yourserver:9999/content/
