[OpenBlueLab-dev] Problem with form submit.

Hello,
I try to create a form in Open Blue Lab. All is well, the form is show 
as wanted; but when I click on the submit button the form is submit; but 
I come back on the form (with my data in the field) but there no error 
message; and no validation message. It's like an error but without error 
message (and all my data are well).
Where does this problem can occure?
