Trail a tail on the pbs_mom log on the nodes your submitting to. This will usually help to diagnose the problem.

and the all cluster is empty (no job, no user). 

More strange when I submit 20 (for example) jobs (identical jobs), some jobs go immediatly
after I submit in status End of execution just before he disapeare from the
list of jobs. And the output file and error file is empty.

Anyone can help me ?
