No. In this context, scheduling=false just means that you will be relying
strictly on maui's poll interval, rather than having torque send the event.

I don't think any error messages will be left in the log. With maui
suspended with schedctl -s, it will simply not set any new reservations,
and thus no new jobs will run until you return maui to normal operation
using schedctl -r.
