Heh, Parser.y is entirely unchanged since the original OpenPBS code.
This is one of the few files we've never patched.

I'll go ahead and apply the patch, though my bison-1.875c-2.EL from
RHEL3 and bison-2.1-2.FC5 don't have a problem. It is probably just
a version difference.
