They will continue to work just fine. They won't get the bug fixes in the updated libs, but they won't be any worse either. If you really want to rebuild them, patching the configure script in LAM/MPI and OpenMPI yourself should be pretty easy. I haven't look at LAM but OpenMPI is pretty easy: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=189441 Or just don't deploy new torque until everyone else has caught up (we don't even have an updated maui yet.)
