xpbs/xpbsmon error during make install

Hi,

I am trying to install torque-2.0.0p8 (with xpbs and xpbsmon) on an ia32 
based machine with RHEL4.

I do:
configure --with-tclx --enable-gui (finishes fine)
make (finishes fine)
make install (gives error:

../../.././buildutils/install-sh -c -m 644 xpbsmonrc /usr/local/lib/xpbsmon

I have tcl, tcl-devel, tclx, tclx-devel, tk and tk-devel packages installed.

I can't figure out where the syntax error is in buildindex. Can someone 
please advise what's going wrong here?
