Hi, With torque-server-1.2.0p1-5.sl3.cl torque-devel-1.2.0p1-5.sl3.cl torque-clients-1.2.0p1-5.sl3.cl torque-1.2.0p1-5.sl3.cl (yes I know I should upgrade) Doing a $ qsub -l mem=200mb,pmem=300mb,vmem=400mb,pvmem=500mb test.sh and running a `ulimit -a` in the job I see core file size (blocks, -c) 0 data seg size (kbytes, -d) 409600 file size (blocks, -f) unlimited max locked memory (kbytes, -l) 4 max memory size (kbytes, -m) 307200 open files (-n) 1024 pipe size (512 bytes, -p) 8 stack size (kbytes, -s) 409600 cpu time (seconds, -t) 130120 max user processes (-u) 7168 virtual memory (kbytes, -v) unlimited should the '-v' option have been set by the pvmem setting above equivalent to how the pmem option above set the '-m' option.
