Oh.

I _rarely_ use MSWindows, and when I do I don't print.

I'm not remembering any way of getting a .ps file from MSWindows...

PDFCreator
http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfcreator

is a Windows printer driver that will "print" a PDF instead
of paper. It is using ghostscript so maybe there's a way to have it
output a .ps rather than a .pdf. I don't know.

Or maybe there's a simple way to access the ghostscript backend to
convert the .pdf into a .ps.

Ahh. Inkscape has quite a few import options, so you don't necessarily
have to get all the way to .svg, but a lot of them are raster formats.
I'm guessing that postscript will be the best path - I just don't know
enough about MSWindows to really help! Sorry.
