Array: Not 100x100

I have observed that hatch pattern does not repeat 100x100 drawing,
rather it repeats by ignoring empty portion around drawn portion. For
that reason, grass pattern does not appear in the expected pattren. What
could be done to make it to repeat 100x100 sqaure without ommitted blank
portion.
