Thanks to your clue - 'using "index" template on "item" object' I was able to
determine the problem. I changed line in page.html that was added per the
instructions I followed from "href="category?@template=item">New
Category<br></a>" to "href="category?@template=index">New Category<br></a>". It
is now functioning properly! Thanks so much for your help.
