Cache problems when adding something to the wiki with Mozilla Fir efox

It seems as if the wiki doesn't work correct when using Mozilla Firefox. If
something is changed, Firefox keeps on loading the pages from disk-cache and
not from the site. With IE it works ok. Two times I've seen this (and became
frustrated). First when I tried to switch over from minimal view to full
view. Second when I tried to add something to the wiki. After saving, the
new item didn't appear. I had to manually remove all cache files. IE also
won't show the changes directly, but it reloads them from the site after
using Ctrl-refresh.

If I look at the response header, the HTML 1.0 and 1.1 cache settings aren't
there as you can see.

Wouldn't it be better to add them? A lot of browsers do rely on them.
