And Another One: Coping Gracefully With Mail Server Downtime

Currently, when an issue is updated and the mail server to which Roundup
communicates is down, Roundup throws an exception and discards changes to
the issue.

Is there an easy way to change this so it simply warns the user the email
did not go out but still log the change? If not, what's the hard way of
doing this?
