A couple of bugettes

Hi All.

My users have finally got off their backsides and started using the system, and 
it's thrown up a couple of (minor) thangs...

 - In the nosy list ("list" link, giving a popup), the mailto addresses are 
escaped HTML, rather than the mailto link they're trying to be.

 - When changing a user's password (as admin, of course), but putting in the 
same password (i.e. the "nothing changed" screen should appear), everything is 
fine on my linux box running Mozilla, but I get a "server not found" page 
running Internet Exploiter on my Win98 box. This might be a "feature" of my 
network (the linux box is where the server is).

None or all of the above might prove interesting...

p.s. I want to change the nosy "list" popup into a selection list, but can't 
for the life of me remember enough about the posting to find it in the archive 
- anyone help?
