A Small Contribution

Hey all,

I have been implementing Mantis for my company over the past week and
they requested some custom code to fit our desired workflow. I realize
that Mantis is in a feature freeze at the moment, but I had to make
these changes anyway, so I figured that submitting them couldn't hurt.

The first feature is just a new e-mail notification when a bug is
moved between projects. You can find the bug report here:

The second allows for a customized "My View":

Also, I'm sorry about all the white space removal in the second diff
file. My IDE automatically performs a clean-up when it saves.
Normally, I run cvs diff with the -b option to compensate, but doing
that borked the diff file in this situation. Again, my apologies.
