Completed Tagging Feature: msg#00040

Subject:	Completed Tagging Feature

I have completed the Tag feature, and I have posted the patch attached
to issue #8274. I have a test installation of mantis running at
http://leetcode.homeip.net/mantis-tagging where you can test the
functionality as well. I will be home and on IRC most of weekend, so
please let me know there, or on the mailing list, if there are any
problems or questions. I hope to see the patch make it into Mantis
before RC1.
