Re: #8206: Add (gr)avatars for users

Hi Gianluca,

I don't remember what I indicated before, but I believe that default
should be NOBODY so that the feature is disabled by default.  In the
comment we can recommend using ANYBODY to enable the feature for
everyone, otherwise use a specific threshold like DEVELOPER.

We should also clarify in the comment that the "default" gravatar will
be shown for all users that are above the specified threshold, but
don't have an avatar that matches their email address.
